1. Service Agreement

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Clean and Brilliant LLC ("Company") and the customer requesting cleaning services ("Customer"). This Agreement governs all cleaning services provided by Clean and Brilliant LLC in Tampa, FL and surrounding areas.

2. Service Description

Clean and Brilliant LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. All services are performed by trained and insured professionals.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice at no additional charge.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from cleaning areas, and providing access to the property. We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured.

6. Liability and Insurance

Clean and Brilliant LLC is fully insured and bonded. We carry general liability insurance to protect against accidental damage. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
